And this goes far beyond simply validating the promotion and sales prices, or accrediting the general contractor. In fact, our skills also enable us to raise funds from private and institutional investors when a project might require more equity from its developer,” explains Christophe Borrel. We act as a link and 'synchronize' the various partners: the developer, the general contractor, the financial institution, the brokers, the notary and finally the future owners,” explains Christophe Borrel. Screening buyers, putting together quality financing packages and managing lenders saves a considerable amount of time”.
The consulting firm can boast of its responsiveness: within three hours, the specialists “filter” the buyers by validating (or not) their solvency; within five days, all the documents are collected and the files presented to the bank. In eight days, a response is given to the agency in charge of marketing. “Our success rate is 94%: the files sent to the banks are carefully prepared according to the specific criteria of each institution. Except in exceptional cases, they all result in financing,” asserts Christophe Borrel.

Well in advance of the call for funds, Resolve contacts all the parties involved (pension fund, notary, bank, insurance company, etc.) to find out about the deadlines for withdrawing funds, so as to ensure that all payments are made to the notary's account on time. Christophe Borrel explains: “To achieve perfect synchronization, we support our customers in every administrative step required to comply with the protocols of the financial institutions concerned. In this way, we guarantee the developer, and all those involved in the project, a steady pace of sales and completion of the development, for the smooth running of the project as a whole”.


Real-time tracking on a dedicated platform, with already 650 project batches and a hundred or so companies involved.


Precise, real-time tracking of all these stages is made possible by a digital tool developed entirely in-house. Resolve has created a digital platform that centralizes all information, enabling developers to log on and track project progress, lot reservations and the progress of financing files (certificate of principle, provision of documents required by the bank, reservation agreement, deposit payment, etc.). Comments can be added online. Brokers, as well as end customers (buyers), can also access this digital interface - subject to certain restrictions - and consult the data relevant to them. Some one hundred Swiss real estate companies already use Resolve's services, managing the financing of over 650 lots throughout Switzerland.
