House prices in Switzerland have risen for the third consecutive quarter, with increases of 1.1% for flats and 0.3% for houses.

This price growth was partly supported by a 0.25% interest rate cut by the Swiss National Bank (SNB), which brought 10-year fixed mortgage rates down to around 1.6%.

Despite these positive indicators, transaction volumes are at their lowest level for five years, although a recovery is expected in the coming months.

The traditional trick-or-treating will take place at Cerise and many other Villars retailers from 2pm to 6pm! But the trick-or-treating won't be so easy this year: Villars retailers are offering a range of games and entertainment for young and old alike. So get ready!
Instructions for collecting sweets and playing games:
When collecting sweets, shops with a ‘pumpkin’ sticker in their window will take part in the games and candy collection.
Shops with a ‘bonbon’ sticker will only participate in the candy hunt.
For the games, when the children have completed a game correctly, the shopkeeper sticks a sticker on the brochure.
When the brochure is complete, the children can fill in the form with their contact details to enter the prize draw.
Here are the other activities planned for the afternoon:
2-6pm: free make-up artist on the Place du Marché (CHF 5.-)
2-6pm: Selfie box at Studio Patrick.
Children must bring their completed booklet to the bowling alley with a minimum of 7 signatures by 6.30pm. At the end of the day, after the draw, the Halloween boom will take place.
The festivities end at 7.30pm. As you can see, it's an unforgettable day of festivities for the children.
