In 2007, the Bavaud brothers decided to create the Cerise Immobilier SA agency. Alfred is an HEC economist and his brother Paul is an EPFL engineer in Civil Engineering. The primary goal of the company was to market the projects of the family architectural office in which they both operate: Archisol Sàrl.

Over the years and thanks to the development of activities which spread throughout Chablais, Alfred and Paul gradually extended their services. Whether for the validation of your land, houses or apartments, expertise or advice, PPE administration or sales, these two experts and their team are there to support you.

Gryon


The commune of Gryon is located in the Vaud Pre-Alps, at an altitude of 1,114 m, 9 km as the crow flies to the south-east of the town of Aigle.
The village sits on the southern slopes of the mountain, on the upper reaches of the Avançon river valley, to the west of the Diablerets massif, almost 700 m higher than the Rhône valley.
The village is accessible by road from Bex and by rail from Bex-Villars-Bretaye.
Easy access all year round.

Gryon is situated in the district of Aigle.

Geographically, the commune of Gryon lies between the two rivers, the Gryonne and the Avançon d'Anzeinde, on either side of a ridge that starts at Mont Jorogne, passes through the Barboleuse, Frasses and Chaux and ends at Culan in the Diablerets massif.

Gryon covers 1,551 hectares and more than half of this area, mainly forests and pastures, totals around 800 hectares.

Gryon is a colourful commune where you'll find quality of life and authenticity. Quality of life and authenticity: the two words most often mentioned in a survey conducted a few years ago among the local population and holidaymakers.
